Validation of the second year


A student (E) comes to check with a student hub officer (A) that her first two years have been validated (L1 and L2). She has a grant and wants to be sure that she won't have any problems with the grant.
Semester validation problem


A student (E) goes to the student hub to check that he has passed his semester. The office agent (A) reassured him, confirming that she is aware of the problem and assuring him that he will be able able to go on to second year.
Registration in AES


A student (E) goes to the student hub at the Lettres et Sciences Humaines campus in Nancy to register for the first year of a degree in Economic and Social Administration. The office agent (A) thinks this is a re-registration, but then realises that he will have to take other steps as part of his first registration in AES.
Payment of registration fees in cash


A student (E) comes to the student hub and wants to pay her registration fees in cash but the office she is looking for is closed. She tries to negotiate with the office agent (A) to have the payment accepted.
Requesting information about validation of prior learning


A foreign student (E) goes to the student hub to ask about the progress of his application for validation of prior learning. The office agent (A) informs him of the delays and invites him to attend classes as soon as the new term begins.
